We enjoyed this place, it's cozy. Right by the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. The restaurant is good! The room was air-conditioned and the facilities included a minibar and multi-channel TV. Perfect base for exploring Morro de Sao Paulo.
The street outside is quite noisy.

a ferry port is placed in front of the building. if you do n't want to go far from the hotel, try restaurante ohlala crepes, which is 500 ft away. we had a sunny balcony. enjoyed the pool.
